Went here one evening with my buddy and I loved it. They were having trivia that night and it looked fun. We didn't participate but next time for sure. The waiter was super cool and fun. I wish I remembered his name to mention it here! And the food was delicious and freshly made. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area who hasn't tried it already. Or if you're just passing through definitely worth it to stop by and grab a nice meal to go.
Whhhhat? I have lived in Athens county most of my life and no one told me about this place until recently. This restaurant is a hidden jewel! It will now officially be our go-to place when we visit Athens/The Plains! Not to mention the fact that the bike path to Athens is literally right beside the eating area outside. Win-win! Exercise and get a reward when you arrive to your destination. I am totally blown away!

Sunday morning brunch at The Eclipse Company Store just as the doors were unlocked & opened. The Mrs. & I opted for their brunch. The brunch buffet layout consisted of a sampling of breakfast items and lunch items such as pulled pork. Bacon was maple-sweet and the candied yams were glazed to perfection. I’m not really a buffet guy but this brunch was too tempting to pass up. Our waiter was attentive and personable. We dined inside but there was live music by the guitarist out in the patio paying relaxing melodies. Finished our visit here with purchasing growler of Cider Boys Caramel Apple brew to imbibe at the house. A GREAT facility to dine with family and friends.

We traveled to Athens for business. This was a recommendation from a local. The food was very good, service was exceptional and I loved the vibe! Indoor and outdoor service, a huge selection of beer on tap. The menu has an options for everyone. The wings looked awesome and I was sad I didn't order any. My salad was good. Side note: don't skip on the potato chips. Dipped into Chipotle ranch was a win win. Good options for vegetarians too, like smoked tofu.

Drove from columbus to do the 24 mile hockinghocking bike trail down and back, and early on I passed by this place playing live jazz music....I HAD TO STOP on my way bike. And though I was strapped for time, there was no way I wasn’t going to grab a beer. 6.50 for a %10 double imperial stout, 12oz pour, on a SUNDAY?! YES PLEASE. I quickly drank it, soaked in the rest of the vibes and happily enjoyed the last 8 miles of my bike ride back to my car. The bartender who served me was very nice, everyone else seemed chill, and the patrons were chill too. Would happily return and with friends next time!
